AS137930 / Doo Technology Limited Peering Policy
Candidates (hereinafter referred to as “Peers”) who would like to establish settlement-free peering with Doo Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Doo”) shall review and agree the following document.
Introduction
This document only applies to AS137930.
Meeting the peering guidelines presented in this document is not a guarantee that a peering relationship with Doo will be established. Doo shall evaluate a number of business factors and reserves the right not to enter into a peering agreement with an otherwise qualified applicant.
General Peering Information
Requesting peering to AS137930
Peers should submit its request via email providing its basic network information:
- Whether it has a single-country or regional network
- If regional, which countries are served
- In which exchange points the ISP has a presence
- A list of autonomous system numbers and prefixes served (AS macro/AS set)
- A description of the type of traffic carried by the network

Technical Requirements
- Peers shall have up-to-date entry in PeeringDB (https://www.peeringdb.com/).
- Peers shall have the ability to interconnect directly with Doo at a minimum of 100Mbps capacity, or greater.
- Peers and Doo should not point default into or provides transit to the other networks at any time.
- Peers are required to advertise consistent routes over all the peering sessions, on all continents.
Operational Requirements
- Peers must operate a Network Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent that capable of responding issues related to BGP, routing, security or abuse within 48 hours.
- Peers must operate a network with sufficient redundancy and capacity.
- Peers and Doo shall accept the responsibility for communicating with their respective customers concerning the network and services that each company provides to them.
Important Notices
Doo will review and update the peering policy from time to time without further notice and reserves the right to:
- Accept or refuse any peering request, whether or not peers meet these requirements.
- Terminate peering relationship at any time with 30 days notice.
